THE JOURNAL

A headline is only the beginning.

Three questions for your next research read.

01

Ask what was tested. Was it a whole oil, an extract, a blend or an isolated constituent?

02

Ask who or what was studied. People, animals and cells answer different questions. The method and population limit what a result can mean.

03

Ask what applies to your bottle. A similar plant name is not enough to establish the same composition, dose or result. Keep the original source and product specification close.
