The short version: we collect what an order needs, we sell nothing about you, and you can ask us to delete it — one email.
What we collect
Your name, delivery address, email and phone — because a courier needs them. Your order history — so we can help when something goes wrong. Payment happens inside Razorpay; your card number never touches our servers.
What we never do
We don’t sell or rent your data. We don’t buy advertising lists. We don’t follow you around the internet. We run no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help; in Europe and the UK it runs without cookies.
Cookies
Only the essential ones: we keep your bag in your browser and remember your delivery country and whether you use the phone or desktop site. Outside Europe and the UK, Google Analytics also sets a cookie to count visits. There is nothing to accept or decline.
Flora, our oil guide
If you ask Flora a question, we keep the question and her answer — never your name or address, and your network address is scrambled before it is stored. We read these to make her answers (and our range) better. That is the whole story.
Your choices
Want a copy of your data, or want it gone? Email care@theorganicforest.com from the address on your order and we’ll do it within 30 days — usually much faster.
